Who we are

Lia is provided by RIA Systems LLC ("RIA", "we"), which is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Our affiliate RIA SYSTEMS LTDA, in Brazil, helps us operate Lia and may process these details on our behalf. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you request early access, we collect your name, work email, firm name, role, practice area, firm size and the systems your firm uses.

Why we use it

We use these details only to respond to your request, arrange a call and tell you about Lia's availability for your firm. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis (UK)

We process your details to take steps at your request before a possible contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in following up on your enquiry. You can object at any time.

No tracking on these pages

Our /us and /uk pages don't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or visitor identification.

Where your data is stored

Your details are stored with our infrastructure providers, which may process them outside your country, including in the United States and Brazil, under the standard contractual clauses or equivalent transfer instruments those providers make available.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). California residents can ask what we collect and request deletion. We don't sell or share personal information.

We'll update this notice if anything changes and show the date of the latest version.
