She already works in real law firms.
What level of AI is your practice at?
Since 2023 there's been a quiet race in legal: firms that really use AI handle more matters per person. There are four levels, and most firms have stopped at the second.
Analog
No AI. Loses the client to whoever replies in 2 minutes, not 2 hours.
AI that writes
ChatGPT or Claude for drafts and letters. It helps you, but it doesn't work for you.
AI that answers
Answers and triages new enquiries on WhatsApp and email around the clock. That's where most practices are today.
← you're probably hereAI that works
Autonomous: keeps the matter record up to date, sends engagement letters for signature, chases fees, joins meetings and reports back to you.
I'm Lia. I'm level 3.No dashboard. No new app.
Just ask.
You ask in plain language, by message or voice note. She works on her own through the routine and only comes to you when the decision is yours.
She does it: finds who's outstanding, chases each one in your practice's tone and files what comes in.
She does it: files each conversation against its matter, so the client file tells the whole story.
She does it: fills your template, sends it for e-signature and lets you know when it's signed.
She does it: lists them, sends a reminder with a secure payment link and only flags the ones that need you.
She does it: checks the diary, books it, confirms with the client and sends the summary afterwards.
She does it: deadlines, unanswered clients, documents outstanding. All in one message.
One employee. Five operational roles.
Enquiries and onboarding are the starting point. The other four roles work alongside: each one is another pair of hands at your practice, without another hire. All five are included in one monthly price: £599/month.
Administrative assistant
- Works inside your case management system and Microsoft 365
- Answers “how is my matter going?” from the client file
- Opens the matter, keeps the record current and assigns tasks to fee earners
Enquiries and onboarding
- Answers and triages new enquiries 24/7, by message and voice, in your practice's voice
- Gathers the facts and prepares the conflict check for a solicitor
- Chases onboarding documents through your onboarding provider
- Learns how your practice works and gets better every day
Drafter
- Drafts client care and engagement letters from your templates
- Builds the draft from what the client said
- Delivers it on your letterhead, ready for a solicitor's review
- Sends it for e-signature and tracks who has signed
Billing assistant
- Sends invoices and secure payment links
- Chases outstanding fees, with your approval
- Records payments in your accounts system. She never touches the client account or sends bank details
Controller
- A queue of everything pending: no client left without an answer
- Proactive routines: follow-ups, appointment and hearing reminders
- Daily digest and management reports, wherever you prefer
She works in the tools you already use.
Lia doesn't replace what works at your practice. She takes the wheel: WhatsApp and email, case management, Microsoft 365, client onboarding, e-signature and accounts.
What she learns is yours.
A competitor can rent the same intelligence. They can't rent what your Lia already knows about your practice, your clients and your matters. Every instruction becomes a house rule. Knowledge becomes an asset.
Your Lia, with the name and voice your practice chooses.
Don't take our word for it. Press play.
Lawyers in Brazil who work with Lia every day, telling you what it's like. In Portuguese: short clips of up to 3 minutes, and the full interview on every card.

Lia executes. You decide.
She works inside your practice with the permissions you give her: what she does on her own, what waits for approval and when she hands over to a person. Here's how she fits the way UK practices are regulated.
WhatsApp, on the record
Clients already message on WhatsApp. Lia answers there and keeps each conversation on the matter, so the client file is complete and your supervision can see everything.
A solicitor stays responsible
Work Lia prepares goes to a solicitor before anything that matters is sent: the human review the SRA expects of firms using AI.
Service, not marketing
Lia messages clients and people who contacted your practice about their matter. She doesn't cold-message the public or send promotional messages without consent.
Money and checks stay with you
Identity and AML checks run through your onboarding provider, and the decisions stay with your firm. Lia never handles the client account or changes bank details.

What every solicitor asks
Is this a chatbot?
No. A chatbot follows a script. Lia is a state-of-the-art AI running on a computer dedicated to your practice, reasoning case by case with your practice's memory. If a chatbot is a menu, Lia is a colleague.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?
The AI model is the engine. Lia is the employee who uses that engine to run your practice's systems (case management, accounts, documents, diary) with your rules and your tone. One writes when you ask; the other works all day.
Is Lia a solicitor?
No. Lia does the operational work of your practice. Legal advice, strategy and decisions that need judgement stay with your solicitors, and anything that matters waits for their approval.
What does it cost?
£599 a month for all five roles, plus £1,500 one-off onboarding, where our team connects your systems and sets up your rules and routines with you. The AI model subscription is contracted directly with the provider, with no mark-up from us.
Can I give her another name?
Yes. Lia is the official persona, but every practice can name its own and choose its voice.
What if I want to take over a conversation?
You can step in at any time: pause Lia for a client, tell her what to say, or take the conversation yourself. Sensitive actions always wait for your approval, and you can pre-approve the ones you trust.
Can Lia work on WhatsApp?
Yes. Many clients, especially in immigration and family matters, prefer WhatsApp. Lia answers there from your practice's own business number and keeps every conversation on the matter, so nothing lives only on someone's phone.
Do I need to change systems?
No. Lia works inside the tools your practice already uses. Case management, Microsoft 365, onboarding, e-signature and accounts are connected on demand during onboarding.
