She already works in real law firms.
What level of AI is your firm at?
Since 2023 there's been a quiet race in legal: firms that really use AI handle more matters per person. There are four levels, and most firms have stopped at the second.
Analog
No AI. Loses the client to whoever replies in 2 minutes, not 2 hours.
AI that writes
ChatGPT or Claude for drafts and letters. It helps you, but it doesn't work for you.
AI that answers
Answers and screens new inquiries around the clock. That's where most firms are today.

Autonomous: updates your practice management system, sends agreements for signature, follows up on invoices, joins meetings and reports back to you.
I'm Lia. I'm level 3.No dashboard. No new app.
Just ask.
You ask in plain language, by message or voice note. She works on her own through the routine and only comes to you when the decision is yours.
She does it: finds who went quiet, writes to each one in your firm's tone and tells you who replied.
She does it: checks every matter, asks each client for what's missing and files what comes in.
She does it: fills your template, sends it for e-signature and lets you know when it's signed.
She does it: lists them, sends a reminder with a secure payment link and only flags the ones that need you.
She does it: checks your calendar, books it, confirms with the client and sends the summary afterwards.
She does it: 14 conversations, 3 qualified leads, 1 agreement signed, documents filed. All in one message.
One employee. Five operational roles.
Intake is the starting point. The other four roles work alongside it: each one is another pair of hands at your firm, without another hire. All five are included in one monthly price: $599/month.

- Daily digest and management reports, wherever you prefer
She works in the tools you already use.
Lia doesn't replace what works at your firm. She takes the wheel: practice management, email and calendar, documents, e-signature, payments and texting.
What she learns is yours.
A competitor can rent the same intelligence. They can't rent what your Lia already knows about your firm, your clients and your matters. Every instruction becomes a house rule. Knowledge becomes an asset.
Your Lia, with the name and voice your firm chooses.
Don't take our word for it. Press play.
Lawyers in Brazil who work with Lia every day, telling you what it's like. In Portuguese: short clips of up to 3 minutes, and the full interview on every card.

Lia executes. You decide.
She works inside your firm with the permissions you give her: what she does on her own, what waits for approval and when she hands over to a person. Here's how she fits the rules US firms practice by.
Attorney review where it matters
Fee terms, anything that reads like advice and anything sent to the other side wait for an attorney: the supervision ABA Formal Opinion 512 asks of firms using AI.
Texting by the rules
Lia replies to people who contacted your firm and messages clients who agreed to hear from you. She honors STOP and never sends mass texts.
Your trust account stays yours
Lia can send a payment link and record that it was paid. Moving client funds stays with your firm.

What every attorney asks
Is this a chatbot?
No. A chatbot follows a script. Lia is a state-of-the-art AI running on a computer dedicated to your firm, reasoning case by case with your firm's memory. If a chatbot is a menu, Lia is a colleague.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?
The AI model is the engine. Lia is the employee who uses that engine to run your firm's systems (practice management, billing, documents, calendar) with your rules and your tone. One writes when you ask; the other works all day.
Is Lia a lawyer?
No. Lia does the operational work of your firm. Legal advice, strategy and decisions that need judgment stay with your attorneys, and anything that matters waits for their approval.
What does it cost?
$599 a month for all five roles, plus $1,500 one-time onboarding, where our team connects your systems and sets up your rules and routines with you. The AI model subscription is contracted directly with the provider, with no markup from us.
Can I give her another name?
Yes. Lia is the official persona, but every firm can name its own and choose its voice.
What if I want to take over a conversation?
You can step in at any time: pause Lia for a client, tell her what to say, or take the conversation yourself. Sensitive actions always wait for your approval, and you can pre-approve the ones you trust.
Do I need to switch systems?
No. Lia works inside the tools your firm already uses. Practice management, email, e-signature and payments are connected on demand during onboarding.
Does Lia text my clients?
Yes. Lia answers and follows up by text, email and your website's chat, using a texting number registered to your firm, with consent and opt-out handled the way US carriers require. For immigration practices and Spanish-speaking clients who prefer it, she works on WhatsApp too.
