RIA is building a network of Lia implementation partners
RIA was accepted into Anthropic's partner training program and is building a network of Lia implementation partners: people who use Claude every day, know how to lead a client and want to implement Lia at the companies that hire her. Training happens on RIA's portal, we pay for Anthropic's certification exam, and each implementation is paid per project, from R$ 500 to R$ 5,000. Applications are open at partner.riasistemas.com.br.
Why a network #
Lia is not software you install and forget. She becomes part of a company's routine: she talks to customers, operates the tools and follows the house rules. Every implementation starts by understanding how that company works and ends with Lia as part of the team. This work calls for people who understand Claude and people at the same time, and those are the people we want to bring together.
How RIA works with Claude is laid out at lia.im/claude. It is the reference for anyone who wants to understand what they will be implementing.
How the training works #
- You study on RIA's portal. It has the implementation track, the guide and a practice exam.
- Anyone who scores 80% or more on the practice exam takes Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect (Foundations) exam. RIA pays 100% of the registration fee, and the certificate is issued in your name. The exam is in English, scenario based, and requires no coding.
- Those who pass get access to Anthropic's official training materials.
- Your first implementation is done together with RIA's team. After that, you lead the next ones.
Pay and contract #
The relationship is a services agreement, project by project. It is not employment: there is no exclusivity and no fixed schedule, and you need a CNPJ (a Brazilian company registration number). Implementation is done remotely. The technical side, such as access keys and servers, stays with RIA's team; your job is to lead the client, configure Lia for their routine and follow up during the first months.

Frequently asked questions #
Do I need to know how to code? #
No. Using Claude every day is what matters, ideally Claude Code. The technical side, such as keys and servers, stays with RIA's team.
How much does the certification cost? #
Nothing for you. Anyone who scores 80% or more on RIA's practice exam takes the Claude Certified Architect (Foundations) exam with the registration fee 100% paid by RIA, and the certificate is issued in your name.
How much do I earn per implementation? #
From R$ 500 to R$ 5,000, depending on the size of the project, with 3 months of client follow-up included. The amount for each project comes in the invitation, before you accept.
Is this a job? #
No. It is a per-project services agreement, with no exclusivity and no fixed hours. You need a CNPJ, a Brazilian company registration number.
Do I need to live in a specific city? #
No. Implementation is done remotely.
